Please ask as many questions as you wish before confirming your order including fabric, design, measurements or anything that helps you make your decision — we would love to assist you with the same.

You agree that there may be a certain category of products/items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the time of purchase.

No refund/exchange for fancy items & accessories.
No refund/exchange for size issues.

To report damage, please get in touch with our customer care within 24 hours of delivery along with the mandatory parcel opening video for verification purposes.

Once your return request is verified, we will send you a fresh piece of the particular design, or if it’s not available, we would provide you a credit note of the same amount valid for 30 days.
